Elite Club The premium service available in a growing number of RIU Palace hotels. These hotels offer unique spaces exclusively for Elite Club guests, such as a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, an exclusive beach area and pool and a dedicated lounge. Guests also receive a welcome gift and aromatherapy in their rooms, which boast the best views in the hotel. They have access to premium drinks throughout the hotel, as well as a high-end spirits dispenser and a mini-bar with snacks in their room. Elite Club was launched in 2022 at the Riu Palace Kukulkan in Cancun. Following its great success, it was then introduced in other destinations such as the Riu Palace Macao in the Dominican Republic, the Riu Palace Pacifico and Riu Palace Baja California in Mexico and the Riu Palace Jamaica. In 2024, the chain plans to take Elite Club to the Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba and the Riu Palace Mauritius, as well as the Riu Palace Bavaro in the Dominican Republic, which will become RIU’s first family hotel to also offer this exclusive service.
