Este luxemburgués que disfruta explorando
Mallorca en bus, visita la isla entre dos y tres
veces al año. Esta es la segunda vez que se aloja
en el Riu San Francisco y asegura que ya no va
a cambiar. “Vi que lo habían reformado y decidí
hospedarme aquí. Ha sido un acierto y ya no lo
cambio. Cuando encuentras algo que te gusta y
te sientes cómodo, ¿por qué cambiar?”. Patrick
es un hombre de costumbres, por eso viaja con
su tablet, un gadget fundamental para estar
informado. “La uso principalmente para leer la
prensa de mi país cada mañana y para escuchar
la radio”. Además de los periódicos, también
aprovecha el dispositivo para leer libros en
formato digital y consultar la ‘app’ de horarios
y paradas de autobuses de la red municipal. “Es
muy cómoda por su polivalencia”.

exploring Majorca by bus, visiting the island
two or three times a year. This is the second time
he has visited Riu San Francisco and he is sure
he will keep coming back. “I saw it had been
renovated and I decided to stay here. It’s been a
great decision and I wouldn’t change it for the
world. When you find something you like and
you feel comfortable with, why change?” Patrick
is a creature of habit, travelling with his tablet,
an essential gadget that lets him keep informed.
“I mainly use it to read the papers from back
home in the morning and listen to the radio”. In
addition to newspapers, he also uses the device to
read e-books and check the app for the local bus
network, which provides information about times
and bus stops. “It’s really handy, there’s so much
you can do with it”.

Der Luxemburger, der es genießt, Mallorca
im Bus zu erkunden, kommt zwei bis drei Mal pro
Jahr auf die Insel. Dies ist sein zweiter Aufenthalt
im Riu San Francisco und er versichert, dass er
nicht mehr wechseln will. „Ich hatte gesehen, dass
das Hotel renoviert wurde, und beschloss, hier
unterzukommen. Das war ein Volltreffer, ich werde
nicht mehr wechseln. Wenn man etwas findet, das
einem gefällt und wo man sich wohlfühlt, warum
sollte man das ändern?”. Patrick ist ein Gewohn-
heitsmensch, daher reist er auch mit seinem
Tablet, ein wichtiges Gerät, um stets informiert zu
sein. „Ich nutze es hauptsächlich, um jeden Morgen
die Zeitungen meines Landes zu lesen und Radio
zu hören”. Er liest aber auf dem Tablet nicht nur
Zeitungen, sondern auch Bücher in digitaler Form
und nutzt die App für Fahrpläne und Haltestellen
des städtischen Busnetzes. “Wegen seiner Vielsei-
tigkeit ist es sehr praktisch.”
