ES Mientras el cielo de Madrid se cubre de torres empresariales, la vida a ras de suelo sigue palpitante. La conjunción de cultura, negocios y diversión convive en la capital de España en una simbiosis plástica. Circunstancia que le ha valido el título de Mejor Destino de Turismo de Reuniones 2017 en los premios Business Travel IBTA, otorgado por Iberian Business Travel Association. No importa la zona. EN The skyline of Madrid may be dominated by corporate tower blocks but life on the streets hasn’t lost its pulse. The Spanish capital offers visitors a unique and symbiotic blend of culture, business and leisure. So much so that in 2017, the city scooped the prize for Best Business Tourism Destination in the Iberian Business Travel Association awards. There are many different areas to choose from. From the Ifema business park on the edge of the city or Azca, in the heart of Castellana, through to the busy thoroughfare of Gran Vía, which terminates in Plaza de España. Madrid has no shortage of places for “business”. However, if it’s culture you’re looking for, why not start with an unmissable trio: the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Art Museum. These cultural landmarks are complemented by a host of others, such as the Mapfre Foundation and a very popular “museum” among the locals, Museo del Jamón (the Ham “museum”).
