ES Será en el verano de 2016 cuando RIU abra las puertas de su primer hotel en Sri Lanka. Gracias al Hotel Riu Sri Lanka, situado en Ahungalla Beach, mantenemos nuestra expansión por el continente asiático que comenzó con la apertura de un resort en Isla Mauricio. El próximo paso en esta línea se materializará en 2018 con la inauguración de dos establecimientos (de las categorías Riu Palace y Riu Classic, respectivamente) en Islas Maldivas. Y mientras llegamos a nuevos países, la presencia RIU sigue fortaleciéndose en destinos tan familiares para nosotros como España o el Caribe. Las remodelaciones llevadas a cabo en Riu Palace Tenerife, Riu Monica (Costa del Sol), Riu Palace Aruba o Riu Playacar demuestran nuestro empeño por mantener y mejorar la calidad del servicio para seguir garantizando una experiencia única a nuestros clientes, la principal seña de identidad de la cadena.

EN Summer 2016 will mark the opening of RIU’s first hotel in Sri Lanka. Situated on the Ahungalla Beach, Hotel Riu Sri Lanka consolidates our expansion on the Asian continent, which began with the opening of a resort on the island of Mauritius. The next step is due in 2018, when we will add two destinations on the Maldives, a Riu Palace and a Riu Classic. However, at the same time as seeking out new countries, our presence continues to go from strength to strength in more traditional destinations, such as Spain and the Caribbean. The refurbishments of the Riu Palace Tenerife, Riu Monica (Costa del Sol), Riu Palace Aruba and Riu Playacar show our commitment to maintaining and improving the quality service that means we can continue to guarantee our guests the distinctive RIU experience that makes our chain so special. Similarly, we also remain firmly committed to the environment and society through our support for NGOs that work in these areas. DE Im Sommer 2016 wird RIU sein erstes Hotel auf Sri Lanka erö nen. Mit dem Hotel Riu Sri Lanka am Ahungalla Beach setzen wir unsere Expansion auf dem asiatischen Kontinent fort, die mit der Erö nung eines Resorts auf Mauritius ihren Anfang nahm. Der nächste Schritt in dieser Richtung wird 2018 mit der Erö nung zweier Häuser (je- weils in den Kategorien Riu Palace und Riu Classic) auf den Malediven erfolgen. Und während wir in neuen Ländern Fuß fassen, stärken wir gleichzeitig die Präsenz RIUs an so vertrauten Reisezielen wie Spani- en oder der Karibik. Die Neugestaltung der Hotels Riu Palace Tenerife, Riu Monica (an der Costa del Sol), Riu Palace Aruba und Riu Playacar ist ein Zeichen unserer Bemühun- gen um die Erhaltung und Verbesserung der Qualität unseres Angebots, damit wir unseren Gästen auch weiterhin einzigar- tige Erlebnisse garantieren können. Denn dies ist das wichtigste Markenzeichen der Hotelkette. Und all das ohne dabei unser stetes Enga- gement für Umwelt und Gesellschaft zu ver- nachlässigen, das in der Unterstützung von NGOs besteht, die in den entsprechenden Bereichen tätig sind.
