RIU is set to open its first hotel in the city of Dubai in autumn 2020. The four-star establishment will have 787 rooms and will be located on the Deira Islands. The islands are set to become Dubai’s premier tourism and entertainment district, with plans to open a new shopping centre, a 30,000-capacity amphitheatre and a marina.

RIU plant die Eröffnung seines ersten Hotels in Dubai-Stadt für Herbst 2020. Es wird sich dabei um ein Vier-Sterne Hotel mit 787 Zimmern in Deira Islands handeln, einem Bezirk, der dank der anstehenden Eröffnung eines großen Einkaufszentrums, eines Amphitheaters für bis zu 30.000 Personen und eines Yachthafens dafür prädestiniert ist, zu einer Referenz für Freizeit- und Tourismusaktivitäten zu werden.
