ES Un cuarto de siglo casados. Eso se merece una buena celebración. Fue lo que pensó Rafael Gaitán antes de empezar a buscar destino. Militar de profesión y natural de Córdoba, para festejar por todo lo alto sus bodas de plata, Rafael buscaba un lugar para relajarse, un hotel confortable donde te lo hagan todo fácil y en el que la gastronomía juegue un papel importante. “No entiendo unas vacaciones en un sitio donde no se coma bien”, comenta, “por eso la oferta culinaria del Riu Republica, con di- ferentes restaurantes temáticos, nos pareció la adecuada para poder cambiar de estilo de comida cada noche sin necesidad de re- servar”. EN Being married for a quarter of a century, is certainly cause for celebra- tion. Those were exactly the thoughts of Rafael Gaitán when he started looking for a destination. A member of the Armed Forces and originally from Córdoba, he was look- ing for somewhere relaxing to celebrate his anniversary: a comfortable hotel where everything is easy and the food plays a cen- tral role. “I can’t imagine going on a holiday where you don’t eat well,” he remarks, “which is why we thought the range of food at Riu Republica, with its di erent theme restaurants, seemed so great, the fact you can change the style of food every night without having to make a booking.” Rafael also likes that this is one of the newest and most comfortable complexes in Punta Cana. So dachte sich Rafael Gaitán, bevor er sich auf die Su- che nach einem Reiseziel machte. Um ihre Silberhochzeit gebührend zu feiern suchte der aus Córdoba stammende Berufssoldat einen Ort der Entspannung, ein komfor- tables Hotel, in dem einem alles einfach gemacht wird und in dem die Gastronomie eine wichtige Rolle spielt. „Ich verstehe nicht, warum man an einem Ort Urlaub machen sollte, an dem es kein gutes Essen gibt”, erläutert er, „deshalb schien uns das kulinarische Angebot im Riu Republica mit seinen verschiedenen Themenrestaurants passend, so können wir jeden Abend in einem anderen Stil essen, ohne reservieren zu müssen”. Außerdem schätzt Rafael an diesem Hotel, dass es eines der neuesten und komfortabelsten in Punta Cana ist. Und auf die 25 Jahre stoßen sie direkt am Strand an.
